Europe Day 10: Saturday, May 19 (Palma Mallorca)
Ahh. . . Palma was pretty chill.
Yani, Macey, Hannah, and I separated from the Radfords and ended up having to u-turn since we started heading the wrong way initially. But, we found our way, while even passing La Boutique del Gelato where the gelato was so cheap. We peeked at some stores and I got a pair of dangling earrings at one.
The Radfords headed straight to the island's cathedral which we eventually found, surrounded by more flea markets. Besides some postcards, I didn't get to buy anything else since we had to head back at 6:00 pm. Since we were speed walking so fast to the port, we had time to get a second helping at the gelato place (well, not me😉).
For dinner we ate at Taste again—this time, the girls only. I ordered lamb, which I didn't enjoy as much as the hake fish and salad. For dessert, I had to have the lava cake a third time! The Norwegian Epic Cruiseline gave each cabin 50 Euros so we went to the Atrium Cafe to spend our remaining credit on macarons, cupcakes, and gummy bears, despite the high sugar levels we already had😂!
Short entry today. Tomorrow, we're heading back to Barcelona.
