Europe Day 14: Wednesday, May 23 (Travel Day)

Our flight to CDG (Paris) was at 12:20 pm so we left at 8:45 am. I'm glad we left 3 hours early, because we ended up having to buy another metro ticket to get into the airport, and it took awhile to get our boarding passes and our bags checked.

CDG: We only had an hour in Paris but I promised myself I'd get a souvenir from my childhood dream city no matter what. I spotted a Ladauree, a famous macaron bakery I've always dreamt of going to in SoHo, NY, but man, it was just too expensive😭, so I settled for some cheaper ones at the little grocery store (not the best, but memories!).

DTW: In Detroit, I was so tired I almost fell asleep while sitting upright.

GSP: I'm so glad to be home!!!
